What is the currency my order will be charged in?

All products purchased will be charged in Canadian Funds at the current daily exchange rate. Depending on your country of origin your billed amount will be in local currency and may vary from the published price listed on our web site. As well your financial institution may also charge a service fee or international transaction fee (where applicable).

What is your return policy?

All products purchased from our site are 100% satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned for exchange or credit within 7 days of receipt. 

 

What taxes or duties should I expect to pay?

Orders for products within Canada and the United States are not subject to duty under the North American Free Trade Agreement. State or Federal taxes are not collected for orders for U.S.A. clients. GST will be collected for Canadian Sales—as well as PST for orders placed within British Columbia.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

All our products have been selected to environmental sensitivity, minimal carbon imprint or for the use all-natural, plant-based ingredients. As a result the majority of our products are suitable for sensitive and ultra-sensitive skin. It is important to read the skin type information when ordering all facial products. Use of a product not suitable for your skin type may result in an allergic reaction or increased sensitivity. If you are unsure which products are suitable for your skin, please send us an email and, we’ll help you with your selection.

Why are some of your bottles plastic?

Some countries have mandated that any products used in the shower must be made of plastic in order to prevent potential accidents. All the plastic used in our bottles is recyclable.

What type of packaging/shipping material do you use?

At Organic Spa Solutions Inc we are committed to both environmental awareness and accountability. Wherever possible our packing materials are made of recycled cardboard and materials and we use 100% cornstarch packing chips.

Are any of your products tested on animals?

Organic Spa Solutions never offer products that have been tested on animals.

What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to ensuring our clients a secure, private, and enjoyable online shopping experience. All customer information you provide to us will not be shared with any third party. We do not rent, sell or give out our client's information. Your trust and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. If you place your order before 12 noon EST on a business day, your order will usually ship the next day. We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding holidays. 

Are all your products organic?

Many of them are, but some are not. We sell products that represent what we consider to be the finest organic skin, body care and wellness products available. Many ingredients are not commercially available or viable in an organic format. As well the recent introduction of stringent Canadian Organic regulations prohibits the terms ‘organic’ without government approval. We offer products that demonstrate a genuine dedication to use certified organic ingredients wherever possible.

Shopping online at organicspasolutions.com is 100% safe and secure. We use a secure payment gateway that ensures your credit card information is protected. As well—to minimize the use of credit card fraud—we require the confirmation of credit card mailing address when processing payment.

I live outside of North America. Can you ship to me?

No, sorry, we currently only ship to Canada and the U.S.

Can I buy these products cheaper elsewhere?
